MokaMedia Partners principals are Brigitte Magar and Bob Matsuoka. Together, we have a combined 25 years in the web business, developing content and websites for Fortune 50 financial firms, top 5 universities, SMEs and non-profit organizations.
We work with a wide network of excellent programmers, project managers, designers, videographers, editors, system administrators, writers, and more in the tri-state area, nationally, and overseas.

Brigitte (Brie) Magar is an award-winning television and web media Producer, Director, and Writer. She started her career in television production, which included both commercial and non-commercial work, and earned two Emmy Awards before expanding her work to include Internet and multimedia projects while in graduate school at Columbia University.
Brie was hired by Thirteen/WNET (PBS) in 1999 and one year later became the Director of the Educational Technologies Department. Brie led numerous projects in her role as Director of the Ed Tech Department including program-support sites for sites such as American Masters and Great Performances to the first stage of a 4.8 million dollar USDOE-funded video database for classroom teachers. She managed numerous designers, programmers, producers, expert content developers, writers, an advisory board, and support staff. Brie has presented at many conferences and special event meetings. She was asked to sit on the board of a multi-million dollar CPB and PBS online initiative and worked as an advisory board member to many institution in NYC.
Brie founded MokaMedia and is currently a Principal at MokaMedia.

Bob Matsuoka is an expert in the design, architecture, and development of web-based applications and services. Bob was the architect and principal designer of the technological infrastructure for The Institute for Learning Technologies at Columbia University, and The New Laboratory for Teaching and Learning, showcase $5 million educational technology project in New York City funded by the Tishman Family Fund. Through his work on these and other projects, Mr. Matsuoka has worked with Bell Atlantic, IBM, Apple, DiVA, Intel and Hewlett Packard on technology implementation.
In 1995, Bob founded RunTime Technologies, a Manhattan-based software development firm specializing in content management, constituent management, and e-commerce applications for financial services, non-profits, and higher education organizations. At RunTime technologies, Bob lead efforts in solutions consulting and applications development for clients such as Columbia University Graduate School of Business, Columbia Law School, IEEE-USA, Merrill Lynch, HP, JP Morgan Chase, The United States Golf Association, Kaplan Knowledge Preparation, The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Harry Reid, The Japan Society, MoMA, Nickelodeon, TeachNet, DDB, The American Physical Therapists Association, Coach, and The Audubon Society.
Bob received his MA in instructional technology from Columbia University, and his BA from Colorado College. He has taught courses in the development of multimedia and web-database applications at Columbia University. He has been a presenter at InterOP, Internet World and other conferences and has published several articles relating to web solutions. He has been quoted extensively in newspapers, magazines, and web publications on issues concerning software development, Internet applications, enterprise technology adoption, and open-source/standards-based technology.
Bob is currently principal at MokaMedia Partners.
